Socially poor

In a world filled with strangers
Sitting next to each other
Without saying a word
Only taking a glimpse at one another

Indifference?
Reluctance?
Or just not knowing how to act
In a world which seems to get harder each day

You feel safe behind your screen
Your phone, your music playing in your ears
Having a conversation on social media
But not knowing how to have a real-life conversation any more
